Welcome to Rooted Jewellery. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We keep things simple, respectful, and transparent — just like our brand. 

General

Rooted Jewellery is operated by Yana Vdovodych, Toronto, Canada. All purchases made on this website are subject to the terms outlined here.

Products

Every piece is crafted with care in collaboration with Jewels4Ever (Toronto, Canada). Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to natural materials. These are not defects. 

Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit cards and Shop Pay. Prices are listed in CAD and do not include GST/HST unless otherwise noted (GST/HST is added at checkout once enabled).

Shipping

We offer standard Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post. Estimated delivery times are listed at checkout but may vary due to postal delays. Rooted Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is available on the “Return & Refund Policy” page. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Lost or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at yana.bizzbizz@gmail.com if something isn’t right. We will make it right.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
