Return and Refund Policy
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
We kindly ask you to consider this before completing your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy for bracelets and necklaces, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest method is to return your current item (excluding earrings) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
