We ship your order from Toronto, Canada, with care and love. 

Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate standard shipping within Canada: $8 CAD via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer. Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

All orders include tracking by Canada Post. Tracking information will be emailed once your package ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at yana.bizzbizz@gmail.com with your order number. We will help resolve the issue.
